Your First Visit
When you arrive at our office, you’ll immediately be greeted by one of our friendly front desk staff members. Once we confirm that we’ve received your new patient forms, we’ll bring you back to one of our comfortable operatories. Your dental hygienist will introduce themselves and complete a thorough cleaning of your teeth, as well as measure your gum pockets.
Your dentist in Frankfort will also come and introduce themselves and examine your X-rays and any intraoral photos taken by your hygienist. They will also complete a thorough oral examination, alerting you about any findings as well as developing treatment plans to address symptoms you may be experiencing. Before you leave, our front desk staff will help you schedule your next visit!

We encourage all of our new patients to fill out our forms before you arrive for your appointment. They’re easily accessible online. Dental Insurance Welcome
Our practice is happy to be in-network with a number of PPO dental insurance plans. Even if your plan isn’t contracted with our providers, our insurance coordinators will maximize your benefits and file claims on your behalf, as we’re an incredibly dental insurance-friendly practice! In addition to coverage for all of your preventive care as well as reduced pricing on other services, you’ll also receive discounts on fees when you add additional family members to your plan, and children are free if there’s an adult as a primary member! Military Discount
We’re proud to offer a generous military discount for our veterans of the United States Military! You and your loved ones can join our in-house membership plan, the Grand Advantage Plan, for free! While signed up, you’ll receive affordable/covered preventive dental services like your routine checkups and cleanings, as well as discounts on all other treatments that you require throughout the year. *Rules and Restrictions
- Veteran may be asked to provide proof of veteran status to activate and/or maintain GAP membership
- GAP is not available with any other offer, coupon, discount, discount plan, or insurance. If the Veteran has other insurance, GAP will only apply to non-covered services, at our usual and customary fee, less 20%.
- All fees for service must be paid at time of service
- Program not available for VA Referral patients
- Veterans are eligible for Free Teeth Whitening for Life
- Veterans may participate in our referral bonus program without restriction
Financing Available
For our patients who need to pay for part of or an entire treatment out-of-pocket, we offer flexible financing options through CareCredit and Alphaeon. These third-party financiers allow you to split up the owed amount into smaller, easy-to-manage monthly payments that can more easily fit into your budget.
